I am writing in connection with regard to the vacancy in your summer camp Department, advertised in the newspaper on July 2, 2022.

I am currently working as a waiter in a very popular Italian food restaurant called Italy in House. My schedule is from Monday to Friday, having the weekend off to be able to work in other jobs. I also collaborate with my mother in her clothing company, helping to spread her products online. I was employed as a teacher by The Mariana Pineda Primary School until September 16, 2021.

My qualifications include an honors degree in teaching and a master’s degree in marketing and commerce. I am due to take my final examinations in June. I hold a diploma in the teaching degree at the University of Granada.

Complaint: New Supermarket

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the new supermarket in the city.

I think that this new supermarket has more disadvantages than advantages. In the first place, some disadvantages are that it is impossible to find parking around the supermarket, which is a big problem for the people who live there. In addition to that, another problem is that shopping carts appear lost in parks and other places. It is true that we also find advantages such as the fact of having the possibility of buying the necessary products for our day to day very close.

I suggest some solutions such as building a parking lot for supermarket buyers and having people in charge collect the shopping carts that are scattered. Another solution would be to close the supermarket if it continues to cause problems in the long run.

Complaint: New Sport Centre

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the new sport centre in the city.

I think that this new sport centre does not meet all the requirements that it should have in terms of price and center activities. In the first place, the activities that they include are very few to choose from. The center only has activities related to swimming, tennis, and basketball. Another problem is the prices that are very high. Not all people can afford to pay such a high price every month.

I suggest some solutions such as increasing the activities of the sports center, including Zumba classes and a space for football. Apart from that, I suggest that the prices be put down to make them more affordable for all people. Finally, I suggest that it is also open on weekends.

Complaint: Improve the Pollution

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the pollution in the city.

I think that the issue of pollution is getting too out of control. More and more cars and motorcycles are seen in the city. The factories worry less about the health of marine animals because they dump more and more waste into the sea. In spite of the fact that there are many bins, there is a lot of plastic waste and garbage on the ground and nobody cares about picking it up or throwing it away.

I suggest in the first place that public transport reaches all parts of the city and that they lower their prices by half. In the second place, I suggest that manufacturers be fined for dumping a large number of waste into the sea and last but not least, I would give work to more dumpsters so that all the streets are clean.

Complaint: To a Restaurant

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I experienced at one of your restaurants.

The staff that served me offended me with some inappropriate comments when I told him that the soup he gave me was very cold and had taken a long time to arrive at the table. I only asked if they could bring me another hot and the staff that attended me then acted inappropriately.

I suggest that the members of the kitchen work faster so as not to take out the cold dishes and have them on time. In addition, I also suggest that the staff that attends to the clients be more friendly with them and want to listen to their complaints. I hope that next time they give me a discount for what happened.

Complaint: Product

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the phone that I bought.

In the first place, the phone had a hard time turning on. It took me over an hour to figure it out. In the second place, its operation was not correct since it took a long time to load each web page. In addition to that when I got into the camera to take a picture it looked blurry. If I had known this before, I would not have treated it.

I suggest that they give me my money back or that I exchange my phone for another that works correctly. If the money cannot be returned to me, I suggest that they give me a voucher with the money from the phone so that I can spend it on another product in the store but that it works perfectly.
