The secretary of the JEP will be the secretary of the hearing.

- They are located in the offices of party heads in each region (important people).
- Your area is just a neighborhood, a district.
- They only appear during elections and disappear because they cannot be maintained.
- They relate to the municipalities that provide materials, etc.

Sections and Polling Stations
Topic: This is the provincial territorial division that serves to channel election day in an orderly manner and provides citizens with information to exercise their vote.
The table: is the final place in the section where citizens cast their ballots. There may be several tables in sections because they are often divided by last name.
The board is composed of a president and two members. Its organization is handled by the municipality of the area. The members are appointed by lot from among the persons designated in that section, who are under 65 years old and literate. Those over 65 are the group of 3rd Age.
The president must have a Bachelor’s degree, vocational degree, or graduate degree. A deputy chairman must also be elected.
If the president and members do not attend, it is a crime; they have a duty to assist. The excuse must be submitted 10-12 days prior and enforced. To hold the position of chairman and members, certain individuals are not eligible.
The appointment of chairpersons and members should be contacted with an earlier deadline for the organization to be efficient, and even then, almost professionally.
They will receive a manual with the role to be played, prepared by the JEC.
To be a voter, there are no conditions except for being under 65 years old and literate.
After notifying the person, they have 7 days to justify their absence from school, then the alternate is notified because the former has ceased to be.
If the deadline is giving rise to a cause to fail, the Area Board of Elections must be notified 72 hours before; if later, the board is told verbally, and it informs the deputy.
