Part 2: Weekly Feelings Dialogue

Hi Jane.

In class, we’ve been talking about how we feel during the week. How do you feel on Mondays?

What a wonderful topic to talk about. How do I feel on Mondays? Well, I don’t like Mondays because it’s after the weekend, and I feel like I’m still tired in the classroom. That’s why sometimes I sleep in class.

My favorite day of the week is Friday, because it’s the nearest day to the weekend. Regarding my most stressful day, I don’t have one specific stressful day, because the entire week feels stressful to me.

Part 3: Animals Improving People’s Lives

In what ways can animals improve people’s lives?

Animals can be kept as pets by families. The most common pets are:

  • Dogs
  • Cats
  • Turtles
  • Fish
  • Rabbits

They become part of the family, as if they were another member. This is very interesting because they are very cute and they bring happiness to the family, sometimes even replacing the role of children. Pets are great company for human beings.

I think that for humans who have pets, it’s a good way to keep the animals safe and sound, providing them food and shelter instead of leaving them alone on the streets. We need to love animals because they are defenseless and need protection.

Book Review: The Diary of Anne Frank

I have just read a really famous and good book called The Diary of Anne Frank. It was about a 14-year-old teenager who had to live in an attic during World War II with her family to hide from the Nazi soldiers.

She was an intelligent, beautiful girl who was the daughter of Otto Frank, who was a merchant and sol peptide.

During this time, while she was living under these unpleasant and terrible conditions, she wrote about her daily life experiences.

Admittedly, she died in 1945 in Germany in the gas chambers. Her diary was found by Miep Gies in 1947.

Selena Gomez: Biography

Selena Gomez was born in July in the state of Texas in the United States. She was the daughter of an American actress; her mother’s name is Mandy Teefey. Her parents got divorced when she was five years old. This caused her to get angry at her mother and to be without money.

Nevertheless, Selena was very talented, and she began performing in Barney and several other T.V. shows. At the age of twenty, she used to earn $150,000 per episode in the T.V. program called The Wizards of Waverly Place. Then, she became the girlfriend of a famous pop singer.

Finally, being able to sing has given her many opportunities, such as having her own brands of clothing and perfumes. For all these reasons, she is a very successful artist.
