Planning a Trip to Ibiza
Three friends are planning a trip to Ibiza Island next month, but they don’t have any plans or an itinerary to follow. So, they go to the Iberian Travel Agency because they want to buy a package tour.
Travel Agent: Good morning, welcome to Iberia Travel Agency. Can I help you?
Friend 1: Good morning.
Friend 2: Good morning.
Friend 3: Hi, how are you? We came over here because we want to buy a package tour.
Travel Agent: Where do you want to go?
Friend 1: To Ibiza Island. On Thursday, January 20.
Travel Agent: Do you have the flight ticket?
Friend 2: Yes, thanks. We want an itinerary and a hotel reservation for four days.
Travel Agent: Ok! Don’t worry. We offer many options on Ibiza Island. We sell package tours every day.
Friend 1: It sounds good, doesn’t it?
Friend 3: Yeah!
Hotel Recommendation: El Ocaso Hotel
Travel Agent: Well, first is the hotel reservation. On Ibiza Island, the best hotel for you young guys is El Ocaso Hotel, the biggest on the island. It is 4 stars, near the airport, with 2 swimming pools, a gym, a casino, a discotheque, and it’s right on the beach. Also, from there you can visit downtown and buy souvenirs like sunglasses, t-shirts, and swimming suits.
Friend 2: I like that, I can’t wait to go there.
Travel Agent: What kind of activities do you like to do there?
Friend 3: I want to eat typical food of the island and taste different drinks.
Friend 1: Hey! Better we can eat seafood. I want to do some sports or work out.
Friend 2: And I want to buy many things, clothing, something to give.
Day 1: Arrival and Relaxation
Travel Agent: So, you arrive there on Thursday, January 20, in the afternoon. The check-in is at 3:00 p.m. That day you can rest in the room, go to the swimming pool or spa. At night, you will eat the best seafood on the island, in El Ocaso restaurant, and also you can go to the hotel bar and taste tropical drinks if you want.
Friend 2: Ok! And the next day, can we buy clothing?
Day 2: Shopping and Beach Cycling
Travel Agent: The hotel has a boutique that you can visit anytime, but I will make sure that you guys go to the Costa Mall. It’s a beautiful place with many stores to buy anything that you imagine. Don’t worry, it’s cheap, but you have to go early in the morning because many people go there after midday. In the Costa Mall, you can have breakfast at Costa Café. It’s a bakery with typical food.
Friend 3: In the afternoon, what?
Travel Agent: In the afternoon, go downtown. You will rent bikes for cycling on the beach circuit for a spin around the island for three hours and have lunch in the Canela Caney with aphrodisiac food. There, you can choose several little dishes for one price.
Friend 3: OK! What else?
Nightlife and Entertainment
Travel Agent: You can change in the hotel and rest a few hours because at night you go to the east side of the island where there are places to dance and party, also restaurants for dinner. Ripley’s Club is the best option to go to. There, you can enjoy all night.
Friend 1: How do we go there? Do we need a car or something?
Travel Agent: The package tour includes transportation to all places. The next day is Saturday, so you can wake up later and you should have breakfast in the buffet at the hotel. In the afternoon, you will go to the west side of the island, to the best beaches, and do snorkeling, or you can rent a fishing rod to fish. Also, the hotel will make a special seafood and take you there.
Day 3: Beach and Relaxation
Friend 1: At night, I want to go to dance again.
Friend 2: Yes, I want to, too.
Friend 3: I don’t, guys. You know that I prefer to go to the bar and taste drinks sitting on the bar, something quieter.
Travel Agent: Ok! Don’t worry, you can stay at the hotel, buy in the boutique, walk on the beach, or go to the bar after dinner in the Biff’s Steak House where you guys will have dinner in a big restaurant with 200 options to eat.
Friend 1: Awesome!
Friend 2: No way!

Day 4: Departure
Travel Agent: It’s true, and then you guys will go to Marty’s Club to dance every night. The next day is Sunday and the check-out is at midday, so in the morning you should have breakfast in the restaurant at the seashore in front of the hotel. After check-out, the car will take you to the airport.
