SELECTION SYSTEM
OPPOSITION:
This system performs tests to determine the capacity and capability of candidates and define their order of punctuation.

OFFICER:
After overcoming the selective tests and after a legal appointment, covered by public law rules, which define their rights and obligations. Staff members may be:
- Permanent: They are directed and play their services permanently.
- Interim: They temporarily occupy seats for reasons of urgency or need, while not engaged in a race of officials.
PERSONAL WORK:
After overcoming the corresponding test basis, its vinculacion with management occurs through a contract job. Regulated by labor law rules. They can be:
- Permanent Labor: With a work contract indefinitely.
- Temporary Labor: With a fixed-period work contract.
CONTENT OF CALLS:
- Number and names of places of selection system called.

- Place where candidates can pick up the application, presentation, and term of the center or organizational unit to which it must conduct the same.
- Tests to be performed, the ratio of merits will be taken into account in the selection and qualification system.

EURES NETWORK
A cooperation network among the European Commission and employment utilities of the member states of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and other partner organizations. It aims to support the search for employment for workers and employers in general to any citizen who wishes to take advantage of the free circulation of people. So it provides complete and detailed information about vacancies and access forms.
EUROPASSS SYSTEM
A set of documents that serve to introduce a standard form of application for work in any EU country. Its main objective is to facilitate the mobility of students and workers in all states of the EU and European Economic Area.
What are the Europass documents?
There are five:
- Europass resume
- Europass Language Passport
- Europass mobility document
- Europass Diploma Supplement or technical certificate
- Europass Diploma Supplement of professionalism
SPECIAL RELATIONS
- Personnel of senior management
- Employees of the home
- Prisoners in correctional institutions

- Trade representatives that do not take the risk of their operations

EXCLUDED INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
- Public officials who have their own rules

- Sales representatives involved in corporate transactions, assuming the risk of these carriers with permission

CONTRACT WORK AND ITS ELEMENTS
The contract is an agreement for work in which the worker agrees to provide services to the employer, under his direction and within the field of the organization, in exchange for a wage.
ELEMENTS
- Consent: Agreement of the parties, statements of the employee and the employer will match the contract signature. Both sides must have legal capacity to contract.
- Objective: To provide what one of the parties undertakes to the other.
- Cause: What is expected from the contract signature. In the case of the worker, it’s the wages, and for the employer, the services performed by the employee.
THE ENTREPRENEUR
A natural or legal person benefiting from the service rendered by the employee and who is in charge of paying for the work.
CONCEPT OF WAGE
Remuneration that the employer perceives the employee in exchange for the execution of a job. The following are not considered wages:
- Allowances or supplements for the costs incurred as a result of their work.
- Benefits and compensation, social security allowances for transfers.
- Allowances for suspension or termination.
