CLASSIFICATION ON EXPOSURE CATEGORIES

  • (1-2) Weak-Medium. Rare and careful use (e.g., Family house)
  • (2-3) Medium-strong. Use with average frequency, mostly carefully, some chance of misuse or accident
  • (3-4) From strong to extreme. Frequent, careless use, great chance of misuse or accident
  • (4) Extreme exposure. Frequent, drastic use

Fixing, WOODEN FOLDING FRAME

Pieza en C cuyos cubretapas miden 60mm de ancho y thickness 16  y cuyo engranaje permite zapar el partition desde 0 hasta +15 o -7mm. Hay que dejar entre el partition y la C 13mm de espacio para el tornillo del hinge.

STEEL FRAMES

1. Built-in (masonry) steel frames

1.1 Corner frame

Solo cubre el corner del partition y hay un espacio para el sealing.

1.2 Masonry frame

Cubre todo el partition

1.3 Frame for gypsum board partition

Tiene dos piezas metálicas (una U y otra en cazuela) que sobresalen del core del partition y se atornillan al frame que cubre toda la esquina.

2. Subsequently-mounted door steel frames

2.1 Corner frame

Fijado a muro con tornillo y una pieza recta metálica, solo ocupa parte del partition

2.2 Adjustable frame

Conectado a frame metalico en el core del TI, ocupa todo el partition.

2.3 Two part frame

Con frame metalico y ademas pieza en z alargada.

Construction of flush door leaf

  1. Frame (rail and stile, hardwood) alto abajo 80, ancho lateral 60, alto total 980×2, en medio tiene dos cuadrantes que miden 120×400
  2. Extension piece (premarco)
  3. Infill (chipboard, corrugated paper board, foam core, particle frame, batten frame, paper in honeycomb structure)
  4. Underplate
  5. Cover (face veneer, decorative laminate). Si tienen glazing como minimo interior a 120mm del frame.

La leaf mide thickness 43 de los que 17 sobresalen y 26 son los que quedan enfrentados por dentro del cierre. 23 es el ancho del cierre que se suceden 10frame-3stop-10leaf.

Stile and rail connection

Stile 110ancho 9 de protuberancia, la lasca en diagonal 3mm.

Top rail glass

Mide de ancho 4mm.

Panelled

30 el triangulo del rail que se mete en el stile. 15 de introduccion. El triangulo acaba en railed de 3-14-3.

Parts Stile and rail

Stile, top/bottom rail, crosser rail, uprights, raised panels (los que cubren).

Up to date Engineered

Same but engineered stiles and rails, core, 1/34’’thick panels, rubber expansion, 1/4 ‘’ laminant cover.
