Crimes Against Persons

Sexual Harassment

An individual (typically male) who repeatedly, with lewd intentions, harasses another person of either sex, exploiting a position of hierarchical power derived from professional, educational, domestic, or any relationship involving subordination.

Sexual Abuse

A person (male or female) who, without consent and without the intent of intercourse, performs a lewd act on a person, forces them to perform a lewd act, or forces them to engage in oral sex through physical or psychological coercion.

Sexual Abuse of a Minor

A person (male or female) who, without the intent of intercourse, performs a lewd act on a person under the age of twelve, a person incapable of understanding the act, or a person unable to resist.

Rape

A person (male or female) who has intercourse with a person aged twelve and under sixteen, obtaining their consent through deception.

Definition of Intercourse

Introducing the male member into the victim’s vaginal or anal cavity, regardless of gender.

Violation

A person (male or female) who, through physical or psychological violence, forces intercourse with another person of either sex.

Crimes Against Property

Theft

A person who seizes another’s property without right or without the consent of the person legally entitled to it.

Breach of Trust

A person who, to the detriment of another, misappropriates money, banknotes, or documents representing value (such as checks, bonds, or other instruments) entrusted to them.

Fraud

A person who, by deceiving another or taking advantage of their mistake, illegally obtains something or achieves undue profit for themselves or another.

Extortion

A person who unlawfully compels another to give, do, refrain from doing, or tolerate something, obtaining profit for themselves or another, or causing financial harm.

Damage to Property

A person who causes damage, destruction, or deterioration of another’s or their own property, to the detriment of a third party, subject to penalties for theft.
