Sushi

Sushi Cone- Tempura Prawn, sushi rice, spicy mayo, tobiko, ginger, avocado, and cucumber, sesame seeds, pea shoots rolled in a soy wrapper sealed with wasabi.

Tuna and Avocado Roll – Ahi tuna, cucumber, avocado,rolled in sushi rice and seaweed. Topped with teriyaki sauce, and crispy wonton bits. Served with pickled ginger, wasabi, korean chili mayo

Seared salmon rolled– pressed salmon and ginger fire seared, sushi rice, umami sauce, crispy wonton bits, serrano peppers 

Steak and sushi – choice of sushi rolls and cut of steak tataki style, on a garlic chili and sesame ponzu sauce garnished with pea shoots

Hummus – Hummus and tzatziki topped with toasted sesame seeds, cumin, mint, dill parsley, drop peppers, kalamata olives and edamame, served with pita chips

Lettuce Wraps – Chicken, shrimp or tofu, in sweet garlic ginger chili glaze, peanuts, cilantro, crispy wontons, fresno peppers, green onions. Side of spicy aioli

Herb Crush Salmon – Herb rub salmon cooked medium moist, crispy mash unloaded, mash potatoes, asparagus, beurre blanc sauce

Blackened chicken – Spiced blacked double chicken breast served with bacon and corn potato salad tossed in horseradish aioli, and dill coleslaw garnished with scallion oil
